Table Thai is great for the yoga enthusiast and desk workers alike. Using stretching and mobilization to open up the body, this method is great for those with back pain and neck pain. Table Thai can be done with sheet draping or fully clothed and requires no massage oil or cream.

Energy sessions combine Qi Gong energy cleansing(reiki meets Tai Chi), meditation and/or Yoga Nidra for healing. Depending on the client’s wishes for the session it may include one of these techniques or all three. During the session the client will experience nervous system reset, leaving them refreshed and energized after the session. Yoga Nidra/meditation techniques help deliver insight and leave the client with renewed purpose and creative flexibility. Energy sessions are very effective at releasing physical pain as well as emotional pain.
